Charity Birungi holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Education from Kigali Institute of Education and a Master’s in Education from Mt. Kenya University in Education Planning and Management. She also holds an advanced general Certificate of Secondary Education from the Rwandan Board of Education and a facilitation certificate for leadership training from the Wellspring Academy in Rwanda and Edify, and in Bible and Theological teachings from the Rwandan Victory Bible College. Currently, she works as an ambassador for the Global Pedagogical Network supporting reform in the Education Department led by the Evangelical Church of Germany (EKD). She also is currently the director of public relations and student welfare at Muhabura Integrated Polytechnic College and a former Deputy Principal for Sonrise High School Musanze-Rwanda.
