Dr. Pinar Ayyildiz

Dr. Ayyıldız is a translator/interpreter, sociologist, teacher trainer, language instructor and holds MA and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Educational Management as well as the Cambridge Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (DELTA). She has worked as a head teacher, academic coordinator, dean of students and director of English preparatory school in higher education institutions. To date she has taught several courses at tertiary level. She concentrates on topics like Epistemology of Educational Sciences, Equity in Education and Educational Leadership. She has various academic memberships and is the editor of international journals viz. Participatory Educational Research (PER) and Philosophy and Theory in Higher Education Journal (PTHE). She is currently an assistant professor of Management Information Systems Department and the director of Center of Research and Learning (CORaL) in Ankara Medipol University, Turkey.
